A maximum of 2 people can visit a patient at any one time for a duration of 30 minutes.

Visiting times are between:

2:00pm - 4:00pm

6:30pm - 8:30pm

Visitors' Please

• Wash hands with soap or water/alcohol gel on entering/leaving and before/after patient contact
• Consider the needs of other patients’ and staff
• Be polite and comply with any request to leave while we facilitate care
• Observe confidentiality – you may see/hear things of a private and confidential nature
• Always enter and exit the hospital through the main entrance doors or as specified
• Keep mobile phones/electronic devices on silent and leave ward to take /receive calls
• Do not touch patient’s dressings, drips, catheters, oxygen tubing etc.
• Do not to sit/lie on patients beds/trolleys
• Do not bring in hot drinks/food onto wards
• Do not access unauthorised areas, e.g. ward kitchens
• Help keep our hospital clean and inform staff of any cleaning concerns
• Be responsible for the safety and security of your belongings
• Follow hospital car parking regulations
• Do not visit if under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
• Follow fire safety regulations and if the fire alarm is activated calmly leave the building through the nearest fire exit (do not use the lift)
• Do not film or take photographs in the hospital or on hospital grounds

Do NOT visit if you have respiratory symptoms, sore throat, flu like symptoms, vomiting and/or diarrhoea or any other infections.

The hospital operates the following "Protected Meal Times"

Breakfast          08:15 - 08:45hrs

Lunch               12:30 - 13:00hrs

Tea Time          17:00 - 17:30hrs
